With the Superlative COSC, I expect it to be around +-2sec/day.
I have a brand-new Sub 114060, which as many will know has the 3130 movement inside. So far it's been running about -1.5 sec/day on average. This is within Rolex's own specification, so I don't see it as a problem, but I'd of course prefer it .Rolex uses a precision engineered Parachrom hairspring. Their watch movements are also COSC certified which means that the timepiece will deviate no more than -4 to +6 seconds a day. There are several reasons why your watch might be running fast or slow. HELP: New Rolex running +6 seconds / day. I recently purchased a datejust and noticed that it is running +6sec/day fast. This is outside of Superlative Chronometer Certification standards of +/- 2 seconds / day. What are the next steps?
